BGM Law Group Welcomes Commercial Litigator and Corporate M&A Partners

BGM Law Group LLP announced today that Kristen Zaehringer and James McLaughlin have joined the firm as partners.

Kristen is a highly regarded commercial litigator. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration, employment law counseling and disputes, contract negotiation and litigation, and appellate work. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, communications, and entertainment.

Kristen previously served as a partner at a Connecticut-based boutique litigation firm, as well as at Murtha Cullina LLP where she served on the firm’s Ethics and Loss Committee. She earned her J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she currently serves as adjunct professor, and her B.A. from the George Washington University.

James was previously a partner in the business and finance group at Murtha Cullina LLP and earned his JD from Duke Law School and his B.A. from Georgetown University.
