- Argued issue of first impression on behalf of heath care providers before Connecticut Supreme Court in case involving interpretation of Connecticut’s Surprise Billing Law and Connecticut’s Unfair Trade Practices Act (“CUTPA”)
- Served as co-counsel in $95 million securities fraud action in federal court
- Served as local counsel at trial for plaintiffs who secured $48 million verdict in federal court
- Prevailed at trial and on appeal in case involving competing claims over stock issuance and control of the board of directors
- Prevailed at commercial arbitration involving an international contractual dispute
- Successfully moved for court-appointed receiver in contested dissolution action of a closely held business
